As a holiday let management company operating in these areas, we believe we have a responsibility to protect them.
Sustainability isn't a marketing exercise for us. It's a series of practical, everyday decisions — from the suppliers we choose to the advice we give property owners. We're a small business, and we don't claim to have all the answers. But we're committed to doing better, consistently.
What We Do

We've moved away from single-use plastic miniature toiletry bottles across our managed properties. Instead, we provide refillable dispensers with quality products — better for guests, better for the environment, and a small but meaningful step away from throwaway culture.
Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products
We work with our cleaning teams to use environmentally responsible cleaning products wherever possible — effective, professional results without unnecessary chemical impact on the properties and landscapes we work in.
Printed Guest Guidebooks
Every property gets a bespoke printed guest guidebook — personalised to the property and local area. Our guides include sustainability tips, local business recommendations, recycling instructions, and countryside codes to help guests enjoy the area responsibly.
Local Supplier Priority
We prioritise local trades, cleaning teams, and suppliers wherever possible. Keeping money in the local economy supports the communities our guests visit and reduces the environmental cost of long supply chains.
Recycling & Waste Guidance
Every managed property is set up with clearly labelled recycling facilities and guest instructions. We make it easy for guests to recycle correctly — because good habits shouldn't stop when you're on holiday.
Responsible Property Sourcing
We're selective about the properties we take on and encourage owners to invest in quality, durable furnishings and energy-efficient appliances. Better equipped properties earn better reviews, higher rates, and have a lower environmental footprint over time.
