When I started Full Bed Hosts, it came from a simple frustration: I saw too many holiday let owners struggling alone, burning out on the endless demands of guest communication, cleaning coordination, and maintenance emergencies.
My background spans over 25 years across the hospitality industry — from Michelin star hotels to Parliamentary hospitality and regional conference centres. I hold an MSc in Tourism Management from Bournemouth University and a genuine passion for helping owners succeed.

Full Bed Hosts grew from our own experience as property owners in Dorset. We understood firsthand the challenges: the time demands, the complexity of regulations, the difficulty of getting consistent quality cleaning, and the pressure to keep bookings coming in.
We built a management service that we would want for our own properties - one focused on genuine partnership, transparent communication, and continuous improvement. Today, we manage properties across Dorset, the New Forest, and Wiltshire for owners who share our values.
