How It Works
Virtual Pre-Visit Conversation
We start with a phone and email discussion so we can get to know you and your property. You can send photos and key details, and we'll answer questions, offer guidance, and help you understand the next steps. There's no pressure, and this stage is free.
Contracts & Onboarding
Once you decide to proceed, we move into due diligence, ID checks, and contract signing. This is often handled remotely. Where suitable, we'll arrange a property visit, but some owners — including those living further away or abroad — complete this stage entirely remotely, which we're very used to.
Full Property Setup
We prepare everything needed to launch your property professionally. This can include photography, image editing, listing creation, copywriting, branding, direct-booking website creation, risk assessments, and any other setup support needed to give the property its own strong identity.
Launch & Go Live
Once everything is ready, we launch the property across the appropriate channels and make sure it is live, bookable, and presented at the right standard from day one. This is the point where all the preparation comes together and the property officially enters the market.
Ongoing Full Management
Once live, we handle the day-to-day management: guest communication, logistics, cleaning coordination, maintenance support, and the ongoing work needed to keep standards high. We're always reviewing, refining, and improving the guest experience.
Regular Feedback & Monthly Statements
You'll receive clear updates and itemised monthly statements so income, occupancy, and maintenance spend are easy to track. If you're on our website package, we'll also keep refining the site and its SEO over time in response to performance and market changes.

I'm James Druce — founder of Full Bed Hosts and the person you'll actually speak to. I have a Masters in Tourism Management from Bournemouth University and over 25 years' experience across hotels, hospitality operations, and short-term rental management.
I started Full Bed Hosts because property owners in this region deserved better than what the big platforms and national agencies were offering — a genuinely personal relationship, honest advice, and a manager who treats your property as carefully as you would yourself.
